AM from Nothern region since malawi attained its independence, the region has been sidelined when it comes to development,with the introduction of animal so called quota system is crippling the quality of education in malawi and dpp should not fool people by providing the temporal building to manipulate the voters and to gain ground on grassroot level as the sole provider of these developments.
