Why oh why is lawlessness getting worse by the day. Crime, whether it’s corruption, murder, embezzlement of public funds or assets, abuse of public property etc, seem to be embedded in our once admired culture. Since the dawn of democracy in 1994, lawlessness has just escalated right from the top. Indeed behaviour of ordinary people mimic that of its leaders.
