UTM please transform from politics of handouts but empowerment. It is this politics of handouts thereby creating a welfare state that’s killing Africa. Think differently and then the electrorate will embrace you.

Much as Chilima’s UTM may gain support in urban areas it is doubtful if a man from Lobi (Dedza) or Migowi (Mulanje) would be swayed by the movement.

The people of Chilumba lost in the first place. Makhumbo is a man who could really help them but the opted for Malani Mtonga just because they were blinded by the handouts which were been given. Believe you me people from chilumba, this is your chance to correct the mistake you made.
