Chilima you took oath of office to serve the republic with honesty. Now , you have been watching corruption happening before your nose and doing nothing. This time you are coming because you want to be the president without which you were not going to talk. You have failed the nation so much. As a Vice President you had power to report those in corruption or any corruption activity to the body that has been empowered to deal with corruption. If DPP has been corrupt it means you have enjoyed the benefits of it since you have been the member… Read more »

Dausi is huge parrot. That never uses his brains his memorised statements are a puzzle to his own boss APM who in passing said he does not understand Dausi until he holds a dictionary next to him. He can’t ask Chilima to resign since SKC holds a constitutional position you can see how illiterate this buffoon is he is the illiterate dungeon of Idi Amin if he thinks Chilima will resign he is in for a suspense story Chilima must dig deep must amplify the megaphone on the twelve points the nation is internalising very shortly these thematic points will… Read more »

Four reasons Chilima is refusing to resign
Four reasons Chilima is refusing to resign
5 years ago

Four main possible reasons Chilima is refusing to resign:

Firstly, he fears he may forfeit/loose his retirement benefits

Secondly, he wants to address his rallies with the pomp and security of a vice president.

Thirdly, he wants to sustain the psychological torture on his former party

Lastly and more importantly, he is a president in waiting should anything happen to the president.

Question is: are these reasons based on personal gain or love for country?

These are your ‘4 main possible reasons’ others are looking on a BIGGER PICTURE.
In fact other people would argue the main reasons DPP gurus are leaving no stone unturned to continue being in power are:
1. Continue have access to state resources & LOOT coz of INSATIABLE appetite..
2. DPP gurus are afraid of the arm of the law for having stolen massively.
3. They are afraid their cronies (beneficiaries of corruption, nepotism and cronyism) will loose their jobs
The same question can then be asked……

SKC will crack the whip on corruption yet he is being funded by funds from corruption from people like Masangwi and Makondi. How can you put Malawi in order when you can’t put a movement in order. This politics of greed and selfishness doesn’t help. We talk about mbava zenizeni going to prison, does SKC know that after commission of inquiry of Chasowa, Masangwi and Ngalande were arrested and the only reason they are not in jail is because DPP won in 2014 and mlandu unazizira. Promise Malawians and the Chasowa family that when you are elected the people responsible… Read more »

I believe this guy will really drain the swamp. It was easy for him to go for the easy route, KUBA, but he’s brave and taken the bull by it’s horns despite the dangers. Take them on Chilima.

This boy speaks what people want to hear but he can’t do. This fight should not be political hatred. He is the 2nd powerful person but he keeps talking without action.

This young man is very brilliant, he can really transform this country. APM leave DPP and join UTM under Dr. SKC. SKC, you have my vote come 21st May, 2019. This country indeed belong to all of us, and not certain tribe or region.
