Did you know that world Bank set 2billion Kwacha within the construct agreement to benefit local contractors for Karonga songwe road in Karonga?None of the contractors has benefited this construct. All contracts have been done by Chinese themselves. This is the signs of bad leaders in the country. Some have been collecting monies from Chinese contractors on expense of local contractors.Shit leadership.
