This the only problem with Malawis NGOs if the problem erupts its when we get shaken.Be prepared at all times in so doing problems will be few to solve at a time like this.I would love to see a special body in operation that will be responsible to check the performance of NGOs bcz they receive funds in form of donations on behalf of Malawians and to assist them.And to make sure donation are used for the intended purpose.Such like Malawi Against Hunger etc mainly those funded by UNDP.
Cassava is the only solution bcz if you happen to go to Nkhata- bay,Tonga ppl dont even complain if there is drought bcz they have food through out the year,which is Cassava.It is a given fact that this year Malawi will experience hunger.I dont know how alert is this organisation called Malawi Against Hunger.I would like to advise them that this is the best time to put forward appropriate measures otherwise Malawi will experience Hunger.
