Every civil servant is entilted to 24 days or 36 days of holiday, so this is not welcome

So it means always essential services staff they dont get tired and even they dont want to celebrate with their families during the festivity period.
You said they will go at a later date ,educate me how many festivity season do we have in a year.
People working during this period must be compensate with allowance right from the spot.
