Why does FAM allow local competitions to go straight into penalties instead of going for extra time first. I am sure the reason our national team always concede late goal(s) is because our players are not used to go much further than 90 minutes. We start games at 2.30pm and this is early enough to accomodate 30 minutes of extra time and 20 minutes of penalties before darkness creeps in.
