Easier said than done especially when Mulakhos think the power base for DPP is in the south and that anyone else is a misfit only to be used in advancing thievery and plunder. Examples are Dausi, Nditaba, Kalirani etc.
Ever heard of one Saulos? Nevertheless anyone other than that foul mouthed Wa Jeffry would be a welcome change.
Good luck anyway.

The funny aspects to the contest for SG position are the sad admissions on the poor leadership and the rudderless Secretariat. A Secretariat which prides itself in spewing filthy language without any substantial points to lift the whole debate to a relevant level whereby all Malawians do feel their space in the national agenda

Sidik Lebwedelebwede Mia

Lets give Jeffrey wa Jeffrey a chance to continue as DPP secretary General.Enawa might turn out to be just another Chilimas.

Listened to what he has said. He is talking about Bingu’s vision and not Peter, that should tell you a lot about what many people who are still in DPP think about their leader . He has not vision and can not follow what Bingu started .

It is clear that some individuals in the ruling party know that their incumbent lacks vision and does not abide to principles of democracy as stipulated.for example, mwale has indicated that he wants to work according to the vision of founding father of ruling part Bingu wa Mutharika….in light with this fact, a reasonable man would ask how will Mwale work in accordance with Bingu’s vision when he is serving under visionless leader?

The crop of politicians now aspiring to run public offices do not at all inspire confidence. Malawi is at crossroads and our decision as electorate come May 2019, will determine whether Malawi moves forward or backwards. If I look at the faces of all political leaders and their track records, there is no one who is inspiring to truly change Malawi’s fortunes. They all have run out of ideas other than those tricks that will enable them to look from government coffers in the shorter time possible preferably without any audit trail. I don’t have a solution but surely there… Read more »
