APM is indeed a dunderhead. The clerk of Parliament is not responsible for drafting bills.Fiona Kalemba used to but not in the capacity as COP.Bills are tabled and scrutinized by members of parliament.Wakalambadi mkuluyi.

Journalists please do not hide the district of origin of Fiona Kalemba. We all know that she comes from Ntchisi district. Is Ntchisi district in the Southern region? Is it in Nsanje or in Mangochi or in Phalombe or Blantyre? Where is Mutharika’s nepotism or regionalism coming from?
