In big taurnaments like these you make use of experienced players. This group was average and not tough,surely Malawi would have qualified to the finals! We would have beaten Algeria at Kamuzu Stadium. On Malawi side it was very poor preparations coupled by ever lack of funds by FAM,shortsightedness of coaches by not calling experienced players and unwillingness on the part of Government to fund the team! Let alone funding Nyakwawas and Gulewamkulus to USA! Oh! How i miss KAMUZU BANDA! The team would have gone to United Kingdom for camping.
The coaching panel and the entire team should be maintained and give them enough friendlies to prepare for AFCON 2017
