The problem is greed for power. Everyone wants to be the president. Some of these have been in Govt at very senior level before and are undesirable. Let us try new people. atithandiza chani apart from enriching themselves. Seriously, can people vote for JB, Cassim or Khumbo as president? we are not serious then.

Hahahahaha I like my MCP full of brilliant men and women, who does not shaken with kavuluvulu. These small parties can not form any coalition, what they need to do and for us to believe that they are there for Malawians is just to join the other party which can carry their vision, this type of coalition never work and it will not work where everyone want to be a President. By the way why our Country having alot of parties? I understand in Zimbabwe they are also many but Zimbabwe is bigger than this handful small Country. Is it… Read more »

I knew these are disgrantled people who have been disappointed by their parties and in turn they want to pursue self interest. These are the parties which split the opposition vote. Some are sent by dpp to split the opposition vote so that dpp should remain in power even if they win with a small percentage. This where the 50+1% would be necessary. A bunch of selfish politicians. It is part of cheap electioneering thinking that the voters won’t produce a viable government so hoping for recognition when either Chilima or Pitala or Chakwera forms a government without a comprehensive majority. Opportunistic leaders Aunt won’t get any vote just as she failed a credible vote in Domasi both Chilumpha and JB care more for theirprestige than their nation they have neither the vision nor momentum to market their manifesto

Some of these politicians like Chilumpha are never heard until elections time. That should be a red light warning to Malawians.

What a waste of time and money. There only three strong political parties the can make it in 2019 in the following order: MCP, UTM and DPP. The rest you are just wasting your time. Join these other parties if you still want to be relevant
