A Kabambe, as PS I expect you to inform us how this project will indeed spur employment in the country. Can you support your claims with projected figures? Not just talk talk talk, I can also talk. The few figures being spoken of at present will take Malawi over 100 years to make a slight impact on employment. You can do better than that Mr PS, mungoti ka speech akoko basi bola allowance mwalandila?
