Shame on you congragants. You take care of your pastor by providing housing and bills but you still go an extra mile even though your pastor is already comfortable. NEVER ONCE DO YOU GIVE SPECIAL BASKET FOR THE POOR AND FATHERLESS. You want your paator to love you forgetting heaven.

How much can villagers give to their pastor in appreciation. No wonder pastors tussle to be based in urban areas. And what happens to the flock in rural areas? Best option is to bring cash in one pot and distribute the money across your membership of pastors. In fact, pastors based in rural areas must have hardship allowances on top of the salary which must be the same across the board, as is done with teachers in public schools. It doesnt make sense to have some pastors leading luxurious lives in urban areas while others suffer. It is not biblical.… Read more »

Wow, I like the idea on Pastor Pensions, such a great idea and actually pension money can be used to build more churches, if we can all just learn to give as we have recieved,
