Yes he has been acquitted by the courts but the fact of the matter is that Tonny Ngalande is thief,,and he himself and himself alone knows his dealings.Tonny Ngalande ndi mbava osati pang’ono.

The truth shall prevail always. When it prevails let us not question it. How I wish those who are building a over K800 million mansion at maula go through the same process and set free by the investigative bodies. Public Affairs Committee needs to be scrutinized. Rev.
