The type of plastics under the court case are bad to the environment. Burning them is also very dangerous. They have damaged the environment and should no longer be produced. This is the interest for all Malawians except those who get bread and butter from the plastics. The question one is tempted to ask is why should Malawi authorities allow production of the thin plastics which are dangerous to lives? Issues that concern rich indians will never be receive justice. The red star issue has been standing since Kamuzu days and I dont think any court in Malawi can rule on issues concerning indians even Mwaungulu cant rule anything.
Why not ask a fellow judge to deliver it. Or even leave copies with the Registrar for the parties to collect?
This is stupid our judges must demonstrate that they are working to promote things that protect our country and not their families and bellies. Mr Potani must conclude this case before mid this month!
Our justice system is a joke. How many cases in court are awaiting judgement, long after court proceedings? Are the judges waiting for a bigger payment?
