One lawyer enlightened me that normally a judgement is the magistrate’s or judge’s opinion. In his opinion he has punished these people. Hence ma sentence enawa timadabwa nawo. Otherwise human traffickers should NOT have the option of a fine but get a longer custodial sentence.
