This is a very welcome development. I have got my neighbor who hosts birthday parties every month. He puts his very loud speakers very close to my bedroom due to the small size of the space at his house. This annoys me very much and had it been that I am renting the house, I could have already shifted to another house by now. But unfortunately, it’s my own house. Go! Go! BCC.

Bravo Blantyre. Show the other cities good zoning and town planning practices we inherited from the colonial masters. Respect your neighbor! Not in other cities where you run for cover from your own neighbor in strange regalia.
