Lloyd Muhara is a brave man by issuing the memo. Gift heads should take the memo seriously and fire all civil servants active in politics. Failing to do so would tantamount to insurbodination and therefore such officers will be charged for not acting on a lawful instruction. Let the game begin!!!!!!.
