#13 sd, know your tribal history. It’s not tribalistic to say that Mang’anjas are Chewas. Learn to read. The fact that Mang’anjas are in the South does not make them cousins of Lhomwes. Just a little information that will give you a clue how Chewas are defined. Nyanja were named so because of their location along the Lake shore, while Mang’anjas were named because of there smelting of iron in ng’anjo. Know your history.

Crisis brewing in DPP? I don’t see where the issue of crisis coming from in this whole scenario. all am seeing here is something like propaganda from the two media houses who have gone flat-out spreading this false rumour.
I believe these two media houses’ main mission is to divert people’s mind that DPP is disorganised like how MCP and PP are today.
DPP is united and stable .
Our media is a shame.

This may be true as our politics in Malawi is shifting from regionalistic based to more tribalistic based. There many Chewa tribes in Southern Region. This is a threat to DPP as major political parties in Malawi seems to be aligned to tribes and the Government knows this and that’s why DPP Government recently suspended the visit of Gawa Undi.
