Discourage sex trade, civic educate people on one partner, encourage people to get tested, thus the best anti HIV campaign, relying on ARVs alone is not enough, what’s the point of prolonging the life of HIV distributing agents, its stupid for some people to be deliberately infecting new partners just to make sure tipite ambiri, now imagine such people to live for 20 more years, how many souls will such mafias have infected? Advocate against the multiple partner stupidity, end of story.

Idiots. Decison regarding treatment of HIV and any other disease is based on clinical evidence and capacity of the health care system to implemet treatment guildelines. There is a full team at MoH studded with compented clinicians so what are these fulls talking about.
