The President must refuse to receive the petition. The issue at hand is parliamentary and the speaker is the right person to receive it. Mtambo and his idiot friend, the promoters of same sex marriages, must know that the President and parliament belong to two different branches of government. If Mtambo and Trapence’s master, Chakwera, is at loggerheads with the speaker, that is Chakwera’s headache. Let the petition be delivered to the speaker, the Right Honourable, Richard Msowoya.
