The biggest deffiency that we have is to look at a problem of insecurity and solery place it before the Inspector General of Police to solve. It is high time we realised that Insecurity,like many other socio econ problems,have a multidimentional facets and need a multisectoral approach in tackling them. The growing number of School leavers vs inavailability of formal means of engaging the Youth for a meaningful source of income at Rural level is the biggest dillema.
