If you run a Car hire it means you have money. The board needs money to efficiently run supply of water and it doesn’t matter whether it’s in millions of arrears or the bill is K17000 as long as its overdue it must be disconnected. As a rich person you should pay details to small particular. Beating an employee to show off your ego is savagely behaviour which you need to be punished.
