The kind of bootlickers DPP has amazes me. Dausi and company are quick to discredit SKC’s vision but applaud APM’s of turning Malawi into Europe. Use your brains Mr Dausi to appraise issues. Knowledge is not only about memorizing bombastic words. If you feel SKC’s vision is not doable, why not question APM’s vision as well? It looks like you are the kind of person that will swallow every shit coming from Muthalika as long as he accommodates you in his cabinet. Let me simplify issues for you Mr Dausi. Turning Malawi into Europe will require creating jobs, even more… Read more »

The fact that DPP has failed to create jobs in the past four years or so does not mean others can’t. Please don’t trivialize others vision.

Its easy to create 1 million jobs in one year. The government will lead with good policies to allow us to grow. I used to employ 54 people last year but am now remaining with 33 because of economy hardships. If interest rates are low and if we could hv investments bank right now giving loans to indegineous how many immediate jobs can be created . Its very possible . Lets debate with sober minds

Chilima is a very good politician because he knows that the only way to become a President of this poor of poor country is by lying. Politics of truth will not get any one to the state house but lies. Malawians as stupid as we will vote for Chilima like we did with Muluzi. As intelligent as Chilima is he will tell us why the million jobs are not being created and we will believe him while the country graduates into the poorest nation in the world. Chil.ima is politician and knows what to say to win cheap votes poor… Read more »

Anzanga a DPP, let us not embarrasse ourselves. It is possible to create a million plus jobs within a year with careful planning and determination. The key question should however be the quality of the said jobs not numbers

When I was in primary school, I learnt this motto of my school and it really did yield something: “I’ll try, I’ll try I’ll try; Does great things everyday! I can’t, I can’t, I can’t; Gets nothing done! This is the motto of…..!” (mentioning the name of the school). So whosoever says, “I can’t” will not be able to do or achieve anything in life.

The Vice-President is right. “Where there is no vision, the people perish.” (Proverbs 29: 18.)
