Hon. Dausi, you are right. Infrastructure development takes time to complete. Bwana Chakwera can bear testimony to your observation Hon. Minister. How long has he been constructing his maula mansion using funds from unexplained sources. If a house costing K800 million can take this long, how about national roads and similar projects?
Malawians, I have been warning you never intrust the leadership of this country to such novices who gathered to display their lack of knowledge to run state affairs.

INDEED EVERYBODY BY NOW MUST HAVE KNOWN WE HAVE A USELESS OPPOSITION WHO ONLY RESORTS TO ISSUEING ULTIMATUMS AND WHEN THEY FAIL CALL FOR PRESS CONFERENCES. IF IT WERE AN ORGANIZED AND THOUGHTFUL OPPOSITION WHY DOES IT KEEP APPROVING MORE BUDGETARY ALLOCATIONS TO PROJECTS WHICH HAVE STALLED FOR DECADES SPANNING TWO REGIMES BETWEEN THEM IN THE NAME OF PP AND DPP IN CASE OF THE BLANTYRE POLICE STATION FOR EXAMPLE. SHAME ON THEM FOR APPROVING SUCH THINGS
