first off, Nicholas Dausi is not a technocrat in the area of information and technology. It is a great travesty that such an important ministry is given to politicians that know how to run their mouths the most rather than being hands on. And as a minister he can not be informing us of the need to invest in ICT infrastructure. He is stating the obvious. What i would have expected from him is to hear the projects, efforts and developments that are being put in place to revamp and grow this sector.
