Good start MP’s doing what they’ve totally failed at national with the 4 billion mwadya this is a bleeding nation with fake angels how do you intend to probe the district finances while conceding that finance matters are delicate? Stunts meant to capture the attention of the illiterate electorate as we are gearing towards 2019….who shouted loudest? Not who did it for the benefit of the immediate constituents!!! Keep on juggling you’ve captured the headlines but the audit boat is not berthing it is adrift on the high seas of corruption none to steer to the dock!!
