I entered Dedza border a few days ago. The testing device is not working. But out of formality they still point to your forehead with it and record your name in the register before you get to the immigration counter to allow you entry. The device has medical plaster tape sticking around the handle and it is dirty. But an old man was there manning a desk seemingly serious using it. Malawians are resistant to Ebola, you think all this time it did not enter? You are talking about a formal port of entry we have many informal ones bringing in all sorts of contra band and diseases. Lets just eat nsima and kwani basi. No water, no electricity, no security, everything expensive, no job. What a country, I mean a wilderness!!!
