Mr. Dossi, You should be the last person to point your fingers at the current MP for Chikwawa west. What did you achieve during your time as an MP and Cabinet Minister?? You achieved nothing. Chikwawa West is poor today because you. Why didnt you lobby for a tarmac Road during your time as a Minister? The only thing people remember you its the electricity that only ended at your House. Chikwakwa West is probably one of the key constituency with potential to contribute to the development of Shire Valley. Without proper infrastructure there’s no way the area can contribute meaningfully. The roads are pathetic, schools are sub-Standard, there are no proper clinics or hospital. Making things worse, there are no major projects planned for the period to 2022 if MGDS III is to be believed. It seems Chikwawa West is a forgotten child. I urge Chief Chaponanga, Hon Maluwa, Dossi and ADC to stop pointing fingers at each other and just lobby for funds (maybe from the K4 billion allocation)… Read more »
