So Mr Sanga is admitting that the party he supports has failed to develop Mzuzu. The problems he is citing will not have been there if his party had the will to develop the city.

Kkkk. If there are 8 candidates in Mzuzu City, Sanga will occupy the 8th position. Who is going to vote for him as even DPP members don’t want him. Sanga has destroyed DPP in the North.
