A kweni never condemned the Young cadets when they unleashed terror on politicians on the other side of the fence now she and her crew have been thrown out of the DPP tent no longer comfy. She would be spewing all the garbage in defence of the DPP she was at the peak now sliding towards political oblivion. Here the entire nation is embroiled in astonishment: who is the leader of this state between APM and the DPP brats in the name of young cadets? Up to the point of swamping the SONA democracy has been stretched too far yet… Read more »

mind you there are many Fed’s in Malawi than you might guess. They control the destiny of the country, I am afraid. The Fed’s consists of 90% of Malawians so they have massive power. Its this constituency that DPP appeals to. Unfortunately the smart 10% can’t even mobilise themselves to convert the 90% with convincing and compelling propositions. In effect, the 10% isn’t as smart as they may think. They also are trapped in mental slavery mentality. educated but not street smart

You may not be far from the truth that DPP may just be rewarded with 52% votes. That’s the sad part with Malawi. We call what we see everyday as development because many Malawians have not seen anything better. This is the best that will the 90% will ever see. Unfortunately for the 10% most votes come from this disfranchised, poor and uneducated segment and therefore all Malawians will continue to drown in poverty (as seen by the 10%). Think about it, we have Mr/Ms Fed who I believe is educated and certainly exposed albeit limited (he/she can write and… Read more »
