The Police is in the pockets of DPP so it can’t punish the very employer who pays it’s salary. It’s a sad chapter in Malawi where morals have so defeated that even the Police are compromised. They don’t even know what their duties are even after taking taking an oath to protect all Malawian citizens. The country has been destroyed by politicians
It is very unfortunate that the Malawi Police Service could not intervene on the basis that there was no complaint. They were there and couldn’t arrest just because no one complained should that be the basis of arresting someone. The act at the rally was bad, stupid and even human rights violence of voiceless despite no complaint, how many things have been intervened by Police without a complaint. We have seen people being sentenced to jail even if the victim defies against it or complains not.

Why do the DPP need to have cadets in the first place? Even if they are fighting among themselves, it is a breech of the peace and the police should intervene. So many questions, so few, if any, answers!
