Does anyone In the Malawi Parliament have a genuine degree that they have worked for from a high ranking university? Are there any graduates from Yale, Harvard, Oxford, Cambridge, Johns Hopkins, the Sorbonne or any other such notable establishment? No? Surprise, surprise! One politician in Malawi acquired a doctorate from Bolton University in the UK, which is about as insignificant as you can get.
