These figures are not true and confusing. Why can’t EGENCO leave it to experts in MAIWD to talk about Shire river flows and Lake Malawi levels and they talk about generation problems. It is the Lake Malawi which has risen from 473 m to 473.5 m above sea level and not the Shire River. It is the flow of Shire River that matters in the production of electricity and not its levels. No wonder we have electricity supply problems . These guys are ignorant. Malawi Government please put the right people in Egenco> Same on you.
Malawians, just get used to blackouts! It`s our culture kkkkkk1
Dear engineers and government
It pains me lungs out when you talk of lower water levels
At shire shire shire time and again
You go to Japan China and other advanced countries on how to produce
Or generate power but why is it taking so long to come up with a lasting solution to the problem? ??
51 years after independence still talking of blackouts while our team of our well trained engineers are
Busy chopping our taxes for nothing
TRUELLY IF IT WAS KAMUZU YOU COULDN’T DO THIS NONSENSE
You are sleeping on the job
How come its only the Shire that has no water? Usawi chichi?
SO SAD THIS COUNTRY..
THEY BLAME SOMEONE OR SOMETHING FOR ALL THEIR FAILURES
SOMALIA IS ON THE ROAD TO RECOVERY… WILL SURELY PASS MALAWI
IN PROGRESS THE SAME AS MOZAMBIQUE, RWANDA AND ZAMBIA HAS
DONE
THE MAIN PROBLEM IN THIS COUNTRY IS THE WIDESPREAD DISEASE OF JEALOUSY !..
Tribalism and Religious hatred contributes also
A FAILED STATE
