Ethiopian is an very ordinary and too some extent very unprofessional and unreliable to fly with. I have experience where Ethiopian didn’t callback when one segment of ticket was cancelled and also once I have experience where they without informing passenger, cancelled one part of the ticket and only after repeated call restored it.
Whatever they do as a charity can’t compensate the unprofessional and inefficiencies they demonstrated time and again
