WHAT PROMPTED THEM TO DONATE SUCH AMOUNT OF MONEY? WHAT WAS THE PRESENTATION CEREMONY LIKE? YOU NYASA TIMES YOU ALWAYS LIVE US WITH QUESTIONS.

YOU CANT EVEN MENTION PETER MUTHALIKA WHY? HENCE HE IS THE ONE WHO PROMPTED THEM FOLLOWING SOME DISCUSSIONS HE HAD WITH THEM.

@wobebawanga: its not about APM..staff/researchers write proposals for competitive grants which are then funded when they pass the assessment process and meet the grant criteria..its not just a matter of donations, staff had to sweat writing convincing proposals unlike other cases where donors just gives grants…hope its a bit clearer!
