The evidence provided by Mr. Kamudoni cannot be blamed on the Minister but the technical staff. Please do not waste government pursuing this case

I am sure the minister did not read this before signing. He did not realise that most officials appointed by the previous DPP government were incompetent and that it is always necessary to check their work before pending your signature to it. Those MCP days when you could trust your juniors are over. The present crop of government workers is pathetic. A result of nepotism tribalism and corruption. The leaned friend is assuming that there better ministers out there.. Sadly there are not.
