Meter thieves are quickly arrested because the money is going into their pockets but the genset thieves are not arrested becausr the money is for Peter Muthalika, and his DPP for campaign.

If people come to such altenatives it means they have literally failed to get help from legal and reliable service.

Meter thieves quickly arrested but generator thieves not. The smaller guys are raising money for themselves. The big guys are raising money for themselves as well as Peter Muthalika and DPP.

Let them face the law, but also please do the same with other big cases at the parastatal.

The big cases can not warrant an immediate arrest because they are executives who drive Prados. But watchmen must be arrested immediately.
