Lies lies lies. Thats not how political parties steal. Please ask people like us who have been in the public service for 35 years. Its not simple to do what you guys are insinuating. If this is investigative journalism them am better off being a mortuary attendant. Its through procurement that political parties siphon funds. Just go to Lilongwe City Council you will be amazed how DPP bigwigs are destroying the Council through corruption. Low quality service is the order of the day. The figures appearing in the budget book as voted by parliament should not be taken as funding.… Read more »
