My advice to Employers is that when recruiting staff please engage professional HR Managers or Practitioners to advice you. The issue of employing people with fake papers comes about when HR managers are not involved in the recruiting process.

Just a clarification: he never worked at Malmed Clinic. He came to the clinic to seek locum jobs as a Doctor since, to put it in his own words: “he was staying in Blantyre pursuing a Masters Degree in Internal Medicine”. Management of Malmed Clinic was clear that this man was a bogus doctor so decided to call him in for orientation along with a regular clinician just to keep him around long enough to allow law enforcing authorities (Police and DHO Blantyre to confront and arrest him.
