Very Unfortunate. he should be done for gross misconduct , negligence and lack of due care. he shouldn’t have allowed the kids to play with such a deadly weapon. Proper training needed to rest of the guards

My question is why would an estate security guard carry his firearm in the ready- to- fire state? You mean these people walk around the neighbourhoods with loaded guns in that state?

This is a stupid. Safety is the best. He could at least removed the bullets before handing over to the children. He should be discharged of negligence
