I saw unfortunate scene on TV yesterday. Kabumba Hotel did not look like a hotel to me. The place looks like it’s under construction. Ty he structures look like makeshift. The parking lot looked like a cleared bush. Why? Was this ideal for an international event? Was this the best we had in the country? There was no lighting on the parking lot. Why? I think it’s a shame and a sham at the same time.
