I need ten names for those that shall proceed to get an injunction to stop the upgrade and wrong awardees using their rotten system. In tandem, we shall proceed to sue the members of the tender evaluation committee individually, including the Minister, the Chief Director and that twat-silly Director of the Road Traffic Jack Manonga for abusing our trust. If you are interested, Send your names, email address and P.O Box number to: [email protected] wish to set an example before getting an injunction against the Police and those thieves at MACRA

So, Francis Kasaira was the Minister responsible by February, 2014! He was the responsible Minister between 2011/12 to 2014? And so, justfying his asking Ndau for a cover-!! A Malawi! Kkkkkkkkkk.

How long is the system now that it requires an upgrade. There is a difference between a system update and a system upgrade. A system update can be daily or weekly but a system upgrade means change of versions. Did we buy a an appropriate version of the system and now requires an upgrade. Search me. What is wrong with us.

No wonder Kasaila didn’t want to leave the Ministry of Transport, and as soon as he was booted out, he became the very close friend of the then New Transport Minister Ndau to cover up his corrupt acts.

“…… for a job that could be done freely by the original suppliers of the technology, Face Technologies”. Really? For free? At a much lower quote maybe

Kodi ma software developer ku Malawi’ko kulibe oti akhoza kumapanga zimezo motchipirapo? For starters it will mean keeping ndalamazo in our own country. Secondly, that will create jobs for a few people both in terms of kulemba software’yo and mantaining it. And so on and so forth.

Zinthu zinazi zimangowonetsa kutsalira a Malawi. Look up towards the East ku Kenya – they have a vibrant technology ecosystem and the government offers lots of support in this respect. Nigeria is also going that route. They are doing it for themselves.

A lowest bidder does not necessarily mean is the most competent bidder. I have sat in many bidding processes and the first choice we look into is the capability of the company to deliver the services in question with highest quality and within agreed time lines. Let us not just think of corruption without proper information! This is a common disease of our newspaper of publishing hearsays without proper investigations…
