This is thefty, so why stealing mafuta, we know that tankers are highly flammable. with this you have to run after the tanker has capsised/ yachita ngozi according to one semi illiterate minister. The govts should warn all people against rushing to tankers after an accident, otherwise it has killed people in Congo, Uganda. and other. so the driver was bad together with some pelple
