You Parliamentarians have all the responsibility and power to take Goodall Gondwe, Kondwani Nankhumwa, Peter Mutharika and Ministry of Finance to court, for spending without your approval, it happened in RSA and else where,but because all MPs are money hungry, you all have agreed to share money instead of setting the precedents and examples. Gondwe has been a thief finance minister ever since and this transaction is tip in the iceberg. He sponsors violence especially with his dpp regional governors. He cannot be fired because Peter eats from gondwe’s dirty hands from the till. Gondwe’s also sponsored main opposition team at Synod general conference and saw them loose.
