Someone with a PhD and you opt to join politics, does that suggest that you have been successful with your PhD and a PhD in what? By the way what was Bikoko doing with his PhD before he came into the fore? Perhaps, his past record would give us a rough picture about him for proper diagnosis of his character and ability. It is slowly becoming apparent these days that people with PhDs and are under-performing are drifting to politics because it is the easiest career one can follow if they are good at telling lies.
