The scheme aimed at providing 20 housing units per constituency in five years. Malawi has a proximately 3,400,000 households. Nicholas Dausi is behaving the DPP normal way. If what is happening at Tchalo was in the south or centre he would be there vote seeking! But it’s in the north. So officers with no authority are sent. Where even the MDF have no fuel for Chilumba Barracks!
