That’s very true, bravo Hon H Mkandawire. That’s the way to go. Let CDF alone khwekhwere ndi CDF the wholE MP what’s the interest? At local level, councillors can administer CDF not MPs. Go to pARLIAMENT and mak laws for the land. We have alot of issues in Malawi that need your attention as MPs ie Albino killings, child marriages, unclean towns and cities, corruption among others
