One reason why this department is understaffed is because of institutionalized workplace sex. Luka Tchoka is a desk officer for this. I left this institution because I was being forced to sleep (have sex) with bosses.

Also work on moral and ethical behavior of senior officers before complaining to public.

Very True, qualified accountants/auditors cannot be attracted to the current structures at NAO. They are way too low
